Welcome to Every Call Handled. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered receptionist services. By using our service, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Service Description
Every Call Handled provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services that:
- Answer incoming phone calls on your behalf
- Conduct natural conversations with callers
- Collect caller information and enquiry details
- Send you summaries via email and/or SMS
- Operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
3. Subscription & Billing
Our service operates on a prepaid credit model:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Each plan includes a set number of call minutes
- Unused minutes carry over to the following period
- Additional minutes can be purchased as top-ups
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
4. Cancellation & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
After the initial 30-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful business purposes. You must not use our service to:
- Conduct illegal activities or fraud
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate another person or business
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
6. AI Service Limitations
Our AI receptionists are designed to handle common enquiries but have limitations:
- The AI may occasionally misunderstand or misinterpret caller requests
- Voice quality may vary depending on network conditions
- The service is not suitable for emergency or medical calls
- Complex or unusual requests may require human follow-up
- The service may become unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance
- The AI agents may be smart but, as their designers, we're only human (but we work hard to fix our mistakes)!
7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and retained for a limited period.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Every Call Handled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to lost business opportunities or revenue.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
