A few things worth knowing.
How do credits work?
A credit is one second of service, so it is easy to think of your plan in call time - the entry plan is roughly equivalent to 200 minutes of conversation a month. Credits are not just for talking, though: sending an SMS, looking something up in your knowledge base, adding or updating that knowledge, and calling advanced functions (like booking straight into your diary) all draw from the same pool. Every plan includes the full product; what changes between plans is how many credits you get and your rate per credit, which gets lower the bigger your plan. Top up any time at your plan's rate, and credits you buy roll over for a month - so a quieter month isn't wasted.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are monthly. Annual plans give you a discount in exchange for paying up front. Cancel monthly at any time; cancel annual at the end of the term.
What about a free trial?
Yes - we have a free demo you can speak to in your browser without a card. It runs against a sandbox version of an agent we've prepared, so you can hear what the production thing sounds like before signing anything.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Move up any time - the bill prorates, and a bigger plan simply means more credits at a lower rate per credit. Running at real scale, or reselling to your own clients? Talk to us about wholesale credits and white-label terms.
Do you do bespoke work?
